Unleash your creativity in our exclusive Hand-Painted Floral Repeat Pattern Workshop, where you’ll learn to design stunning floral patterns using the beauty of watercolour. In just one day, artist and designer Martine Spencer will guide you through the process of creating unique, hand-painted florals using seasonal blooms, from the initial brushstrokes to mastering the creation of seamless repeats. You’ll gain valuable insight into the art of watercolour, pattern design, and how to turn your motifs into beautiful, repeatable patterns ready for textiles, stationery, or interiors.
Throughout the day, you’ll explore the expressive qualities of watercolour painting, focusing on the delicate balance of colour, form, and texture that makes each flower unique. With plenty of one-on-one guidance, you’ll learn how to build layers, blend pigments, and create the perfect repeat. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a personalized floral pattern and the confidence to continue exploring your creativity at home. Whether you’re looking to expand your artistic skills or simply indulge in a day of artistic expression, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the art of hand-painted watercolour florals.
