Great British Summer Savings at the Fashion and Textile Museum – This summer, we’re pleased to be passing on a temporary VAT reduction to our visitors as part of the UK Government’s Great British Summer Savings initiative. For visits from 25 June to 1 September, ticket prices for Paint! Pattern! Print! will be reduced. These reduced exhibition tickets are live on our system and available to buy now. There is nothing you need to do – the saving is automatically applied to entry tickets when you book for dates between 25 June and 1 September 2026. Create and Learn
Get creative in our Create and Learn Space with fashion and textile themed activities. Open to anyone who would like to have a go, these activities provide a space for families to explore exhibitions in a fun, artistic and friendly atmosphere, all materials are provided, all we ask is that you tidy up once you are finished.

Museum Explorer Kits
When visiting why not borrow one of our Museum Explorer Kits to help kids engage with our exhibition and have fun in the gallery! Our kits have a variety of activities to suit primary school aged children, from fashion illustration to fabric swatch books there is something to keep busy hands entertained. Just ask a member of our team on arrival.

Fashion Collection
In this 2-hour drawing class, learn fashion drawing and design skills to create mood boards and develop a mini collection influenced by one of the Museum’s previous exhibitions. Upcoming Dates:

Step into the world where fashion meets printmaking. In this hands-on workshop, young designers will explore Gelli Printing – a fun, experimental technique that creates bold textures, layered colours, and one-of-a-kind patterns.
