At each session, you will be introduced to pattern block-making techniques to produce a skirt, close-fitted bodice, and dress blocks. Dependant on time, advanced learners may also produce a trouser block.

On completion, you will receive a certificate of attendance.

This course is ideal for beginners. An ability to sew is desirable.

You will need to bring hard pencils, sharpener, eraser, pins, stationary file with sleeves, paper scissors, fabric scissors, notebook and pen. Calico will be available to purchase at £2.50 per metre.

You will be provided with metre rules, pattern masters, weights, pattern paper, and card.
